COVID-19 Update

(March 19, 2020) This message will be updated as new information becomes available.

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, most OMRI staff are working remotely until further notice, and we are striving to provide our usual services with minimal disruption. We appreciate your patience at this time.

If you need to reach a member of staff, email may be the most expedient option. Not all staff are able to access their voicemail regularly at this time or may be doing so less frequently. OMRI’s general voice mailbox will be monitored regularly, however, and can be reached at 1 (541) 343-7600. For general inquiries, you can also email info@omri.org.

We are continuing to process applications and renewals, and do not anticipate major changes in timeliness. Weekly updates regarding the current average review time can be viewed on our website at OMRI.org/suppliers/review-time-0.

While current deadlines remain in effect, we will notify affected parties if this policy changes.
