OMRI Launches New Website

Eugene, OR—January 26, 2026—The Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) has launched its newly redesigned website, OMRI.org, providing users with an improved and more intuitive experience for accessing information about materials used in organic production and processing.

The redesigned site reflects OMRI’s mission to cultivate organic integrity through knowledge and trust, offering clearer pathways to its most utilized resources and services. Users can now more easily access the OMRI Products List® of brand name products allowed for organic use, the Generic Materials List® of general materials and the rules surrounding their use, and detailed guidance on the review process for input materials. The website also introduces an updated navigation structure, enhanced search capabilities, and optimized mobile performance to better serve a wide range of users. Bilingual (English and Spanish) functionality has also been expanded to include more content.

“OMRI’s new website reflects our ongoing commitment to serving the organic community with clarity and efficiency,” said Orsi Dézsi, Executive Director of OMRI. “We want users to easily find what they need—whether they’re looking for allowed products, submitting applications for review, or learning more about compliance standards.”

The new site also streamlines how applicants and stakeholders connect with OMRI’s review programs, publications, and policy information. It was designed to improve transparency, simplify access to key documents, and ensure consistency across devices for farmers, input suppliers, certifiers, and others who rely on OMRI’s services.

Visitors are encouraged to explore the new website and share feedback through OMRI’s Website Satisfaction Survey, which will help guide ongoing improvements and ensure the site continues to meet community needs.
