How do I change my email address?

Please note: Applicants and Suppliers of products to the OMRI Review Program cannot change e-mail addresses on the website. If you are a Applicant or Supplier who would like to change your e-mail address, please contact OMRI.

If you are a Subscriber to OMRI, you can change your e-mail address using these directions:

  1. Log in to the website using your current e-mail address and password.
  2. Click on the "Update Account Information" link located directly underneath your welcome message.
  3. Click the "Edit" tab under your user name in the top center of the page.
  4. Enter your new email address in the "E-mail address" box.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button.
  6. A message will appear at the top of the page confirming the change.

How do I change my password?

If you know your password and wish to change it, please follow these directions. If you do not know your password and need to request one, click here.

  1. Log in to the website using your current e-mail address and password.
  2. Click on the "Update Account Information" link located below your welcome message.
  3. Click the "Edit" tab under your user name in the top center of the page.
  4. Enter your new password in the "Password" box and again in the "Confirm Password" box.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button.
  6. A message will appear at the top of the page confirming the change.

How do I log in to the OMRI website for the first time?

Your e-mail address is the one you have on file with OMRI. Your password is something you choose at the time of your first order from the OMRI website. If you have recently ordered an application kit or subscription service from OMRI, you should have received an e-mail from info@omri.org following your order, confirming your login information. Please refer to that e-mail to retrieve your login information. 

If you have not recently made an order with OMRI and do not know your password, please see the directions on how to request a new password  here.

How do I request a new password?

If you have forgotten your password, please request a new password using the directions below. If you have never logged into the OMRI website before, please click here to learn how. 

To request a new password:

  1. Click on this link:  http://www.omri.org/user/password
    It will open the page in a separate window so you can read the instructions as you go. 
  2. Enter your e-mail address and answer the Captcha question. Captcha questions prevent automated spam submissions. Click on ‘E-mail new password’.  If you are unsure about which e-mail address you have on file with OMRI, or if you can't see the Captcha, call us at (541) 343-7600 x100.
  3. Open the e-mail from info@omri.org and click on the link or copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
  4. You will see a page with a button labeled “Log in”.  Click the “Log in” button.
  5. You should now be logged in.  Once you are logged in, please change your password. Click the "Edit" tab under your e-mail address in the top center of the page to edit your password.
  6. When you have entered a new password, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
  7. Congratulations!  You have now logged in and updated your password.  Don’t forget to write it down in a safe place!

What is my e-mail address?
