To renew your OMRI certifier subscription, complete the OMRI Certifier
Subscription Form and return it with payment.
Subscribers can establish a Materials Review Contract with OMRI. If you
wish to establish this contract during the coming year of subscription
service, please also enclose a copy of the signed contract with your
form. The cost is $79.
